SERMONS
Divine Involvement
Pastor Olaitan Olubiyi, Pastor in Charge of Province 36
November 3, 2019
We praise God for bringing us to the eleventh month and as the count down to the end of the year 2019 begins, our theme for the month is DIVINE INVOLVEMENT.
In 2 Kings 7:3, the lepers purposed to go to the camp of the Syrians. They got there and discovered there was no man in the Syrian camp. When God is involved in your situation, he empties the camp of the enemy in only one night, 2 Kings 19:32-36. It is a wonderful thing to be in the camp of God. It is a danger to the enemy. Psalm 34:21 speaks of what awaits the enemies of those in whose matter God is involved. Whoever fights you is trying to break a coconut with their heads. Psalm 37:28-36 – shows that the seeds of the wicked are to be cut off, Proverbs 10:25; Proverbs 2:22. 4 lepers got to the enemy’s camp, found it empty. Why was it empty? The Syrians heard a noise. My enemy will hear a noise today in Jesus’ name.
“When God is involved in your situation, he empties the camp of the enemy in only one night. It is a wonderful thing to be in the camp of God.”
The wall of Jericho heard a noise, Josh. 6:20. In 1 Samuel 4:5-7, the Bible said the Israelites sent for the Ark in the battle against Philistine, Israel shouted and fear came upon Philistines. 2 Chronicle 20:20-24; Acts 16:25-26; 1 Samuel 17:51-52; Psalm 47:1-3; Isaiah 12:4-6; Psalm 66:1-3. When enemies hear a noise of joy among the children of God, they flee. This is because God always inhabits the praises of His people. If God comes somewhere, He arises first, when God arises, the enemies scatter. God has decreed that every plant He did not plant shall be uprooted. The Syrians fled and left everything in the camp, Psalm 92:7-9. They left empty-handed, Proverbs 10:2-3. When they left empty-handed, it means they were dis-possessed. What they left became the spoils for the 4 lepers and the Israelites. 2 Chronicles 20:25. When God is involved with you, the hunter becomes the hunted, Isaiah 51:7-8, Isaiah 49:26.
Who scattered the Syrians?
God caused them to hear a noise, He also (Deut. 28:7) scattered them. Get God involved in the matters of your life, He will fight for you.

Our Responsibility In The Covenant
Generally speaking, obedience to God gives us entry into all that He has for us. It opens the door of His blessings to us and keeps us in His will.
